and I can hardly walk or sit down because I'm so damn sore. I even bled more than usual when she did it. I'm glad to be hair free but I need to freakin ice pack for my pekachu!
I would love to be able to go get waxed (I've lost all modesty since I got pregnant, and its getting to be entirely too difficult to try to shave anything other than my armpits) but New Jersey just outlawed brazillian waxes...wtf?

omg, that's ridiculous!!!!! I couldn't live there!
Yeah, it is a bit ridiculous...and all because two women got infections (hello, clean the area and don't go somewhere nasty to get it done?). I read it in the paper shortly after I moved here and my first reaction was pretty much exactly like Homer from the Simpsons...'DOH!'

Um, that was scrapped back in March. They're completely legal.

I work at a spa, and we do brazillian waxes ALL THE TIME. Bleeding after or during getting one is not ok at all. This shouldn't happen. No exceptions.
Sounds like the girl is skinning you (removing a layer of skin) when she waxes, and that means she is doing it wrong. Go somewhere else, and try to find somewhere that does sugaring, it's MUCH safer and more gentle.
Nor should you be that sore afterwards.

Nope .. they are legal! You can get them. They were thinking about banning them and never did.
o.O Then why did all the newspapers report that it passed? I knew that it was in consideration at first, but I remember actually calling back home to KS to laugh with my sister when I read in the papers that the bill to ban them passed. *shrug* I dunno.
And to think I could get waxed instead of fall out of the shower trying to shave (like I did earlier lol
I get mine done tomorrow and I can't wait! ?I love getting it done, and have had 2 already while PG. ?I'm so glad that my "pekachu" seems to be handling it just as well as before

Oh Em Gee you're brave! Brazilians hurt at the best of times, but when you're PG and so sensitive - holy crap!
Uh... BLEEDING?!?!? That's not OK!
