Gross out at Target

I went to Target this afternoon, and when I grabbed a cart I noticed the front part of the cart was really wet. Then I noticed a really strong smell. It was urine. A lot of urine. I almost puked right there. Now I feel bad for not trying to clean it up. Some poor person is going to put their purse, or worse their child right on that. Ughhh...

That sucks, but why didn't you bring it to customer service and bring that to someone's attention? That way you wouldn't have to worry about the individual that doesn't realize it's there like you did.

I know, I feel bad. I should have, but at the time all I wanted to do was get as far away from it as possible. Hopefully someone with better sense than I have did.
