tender spot..?

Like right above nether regions hairline...My stomach has already kind of popped out but this little spot is new. It feels a little swollen and tender if underwear or pants are on it. Is this a normal feeling?

    I get a little tender sometimes.  I try to stretch and it helps.

    I feel tender there quite often, not on the sides but in the middle. Dr. wasnt worried about it ....I chalked it up to stretching pains (I grew alot from nothing all in like a week)      :)
