and I have no idea where to find the replacement parts needed other than online. all I need is the freaking $1.25 valve! no one sells lansinoh/APY parts in the stores. sigh.
I am crying as I write this... I had no desire to switch to formula yet... and the fastest that Fed-Ex can get the part to me is Tuesday. which means only manual, one sided pumping the rest of this weekend. If I can't find the needed parts... I will probably call out of work. seriously can not do manual pumping in the short amount of time my prep/lunch gives me.
double sigh.

I have a place that I have bought all of my Ameda parts online. They can usually get them shipped pretty quickly, but it does take time. I love my pump, but I wish there were stores locally that sold the parts instead of me having to get them shipped every time. I ordered a bunch of extra stuff when I went back to work so I had lots of extra parts.
I'm sorry that you'll have to manually pump all weekend. Do you have any freezer stash?
thanks girls! APY and Lansinoh only have customer service hours on the weekend. oh the joy. all the local stores only sell Medela parts. wtf!
Dh *thinks* he can fix it to the point where I can use it one side at a time until the part comes in. This will be better than the dreaded hand pump. I am SOOO ordering a couple of the pieces we need.
Ladybug offered her pump to me also, and if dh can't fix mine, I am going to hunt her down and borrow hers.
Dr. G.. thanks so much for the offer! I really appreciate it.
