UPDATE on my nephew...

He got his cat scan, he had a minor head injury.  They found a contusion. I am just so angry. I hope my sister gets some good solid answers from that daycare, because things just arent adding up.

    What a bad day! I'm glad that it's only a minor injury. I hope your nephew recovers quickly and that your sister is able to get to the bottom of things.

    I am glad that it only minor, but sorry that it happened in the first place.  I hope that she gets some answers too.  Does some sort of report have to be filed since an emergency response was required?  I stay at home with DD so I do not know much about policy and procedure surrounding something like this.

    I was going to say I hope they call someone and get a report files out or something.
