DH is away this weekend

So I am eating macaroni & cheese (from a box) and watching Bride Wars. Klassy!!

    I live off that stuff when DH isn't home. he's the chef here. He does all the cooking. I only know how to make mac n cheese and anything frozen in a box that goes in the microwave.

    I have a week and a half of that. I get frozen veggies and pop them in the microwave. mmm health(ier!)

    But, I'll be eating 3 meals alone almost everday..ok, its not 3...its more like 8..haha

    I love to cook, but sometimes you just want something quick and easy! One of my favorite "meals" is from my college days - pasta with canned mixed veggies and melted American cheese. Awesome! And really not THAT bad.
