2 month shots...

What should I expect?  A tired or cranky baby?  Or neither?  What was your experience and how long did it last?

    Tired AND cranky. Have some Tylenol & lots of snuggles handy! :)

    I gave DS some Tylenol before his appt.  At the appt. he was fine...cried when he received the shots but then calmed right down.  The day of his shots he was really fussy and had a hard time getting comfortable.  I ended up holding him and snuggling most of the day.  By the next day he was completely back to his normal self.

    she was fussy for about 24 hours and really tired. some have little reaction,some more (i.e. fevers, etc). you really won't know until you are there but in my opinion, the anticipation is worse.

    i gave her tylenol right before and nursed her right after. she fell asleep for a good 2-3 hours right after for her 2 month shots.?

    my baby was just tired. It really wasn't as bad as I feared but I think it's different for everyone.

    She was fine until about 7 which is usually the start of her fussy time. She was even more tired and fussy. Wouldn't take the bottle and just whiny. We put her to bed and she was fine the next day. It depends on your kid!
