is this sciatic pain?

Sometimes when I walk on my right leg, I get this sharp pain in my very lower right back.  Sometimes it happens when I twist or move weirdly as well. I've been getting this for weeks now, seems like ever since my BFP and it is getting worse.  Anyone have something similar/any ideas what this is? I will be speaking to my OB about it at my next appt.

    I don't think it's sciatic nerve pain. Sciatica starts in the butt and radiates down the back of your thigh, through your knee and into your foot. 

    It's very likely that it could be a muscle or disk related.  Have you thought about a prenatal massage?

    Ditto PP, it shoots down from the top of your butt down your leg!
