NBR: Vacation rec's: Big Bear?

Sorry to post again here, but wondering if any of you know of a great resort to stay at in Big Bear or any other local mountain area. (Obviously, we can't decide where to go. LOL!) We prefer a lakefront resort with nice amenities... 3-5 stars is great. TIA!

    I dont know of any chainm hotels up in Big Bear. But there are mostly little private cabins up there to rent.  Sorry I dont know the name of any.

    Check out vrbo.com for private homes to rent. ?We stayed in a private condo up at Mammoth that we found on there and had a good experience.

    Lagonita Lodge, it's right on the lake and has a lot of great amenities.
