((Hugs))) I'm sorry. I hope you get some answers from tomorrow's tests! Just out of curiosity, what things do they have you doing to keep up her iron? Allison's was borderline anemic last time they checked, and it keeps bugging me. We get her to eat red meat a few times a week (though it's not much).
We tried prescription iron drops first and those caused some pretty severe intestinal cramping so they had us try a food based iron supplement but that had a similar effect. Poor thing was screaming in pain.
So the dr said to nurse her a lot and to offer iron rich foods. We also do a lot of food combining...if I offer an iron rich food I offer something high in Vitamin C to help with the absorbtion.
I don't know what or why...but nothing has seemed to work yet. We'll know more tomorrow or the next day.
