Those who do Maalox for diaper rash, how do you apply it?

Do you just put it on a cotton ball and apply it to the areas or what?? I think some people mix it with other stuff. I'm at a point where I need to try something different.

    Ditto. Pedi told me to "slather it on with a cotton ball"... works like a charm!

    It's a bit messy, but I fold up a towel under his bum, then just pour some over his butt.  Once dry, I would put triple paste over it.  When he would scream and twist because his poor tush was so red it seemed to help just pouring without touching.

    1/4 c Aquaphor

    1/4 c Maalox

    Mix together till it looks like your typical diaper paste., keep it in a tupperware container, and then you have it ready for more than one application at a time.
