After talking and talking and talking some more about building a house, I have finally convinced J to maybe buy. Since he will be a taking this out of state job and saling the 450, and paying off bills, we are going to try and buy a house. I am so excited. I have a friend who is a realtor calling me this afternoon to explain everything to me! Even though it may be until the beginning of the year before we do, it wont hurt to start scoping places out right?
