going to have 2 under 2 or did you have 2 under 2?

I had 2 under 2. They are now 2 and almost 4. I don't want to scare you all, but I enjoyed 2 under 2 much more than 2 and 4. Holy moley, do these kids wear me out! They are super cute together, though, so it's not all bad. Wink

I still have 2 under 2...we adopted right after we had our son. Now I know why pregnancy is around 9 months...3.5 months was super quick to suddenly have a second child!

Yah, I think it's hard no matter which way you do it and each stage has it's own challenges. For me, 2 under 2 was exhausting with the sleepless nights and all. 2 and 4 is just frustrating. I feel like I'm talking to myself 99% of the time. lol!

Mine are 16 months apart -- my son just turned 4 last week, and my DD will be 3 in September. The first year sucked big hairy horseballs for me, but I'm digging it now that they are older. I love how they look for each other when they wake up, and that they play so nicely together. I'm done with the two I have, but I get the joy of watching my sister go through the 2 under 2 thing come January (her kids will be 13 months apart!). Smile

(((hugs))) It will get better! Weeks 5-7'ish were always rough for me too. Early nights definitely help. GL!

DS will be 3 on 8/1, DD will be 16 mos then and #3 is due 8/10. 20 mos between 1 & 2 and 16 mos between 2 & 3. I LOVE the spacing between 1 & 2, I DO NOT LOVE newborns and the first 3 months w/ nursing and lack of sleep. But I love 1 yr +(so far). Not really sure how I'll survive the fall but I guess it'll be in a daze.....

My first 2 under 2 are now 8 and a half and almost 10 years old! I swore I would never have 2 so close together after that- but now I have a 4 month old and a 23 month old. We'll be 2 under 2 for another month... I do agree w/you krub, that it's easier when theyre babies! 2 and 4 stinks!

I have a 22 month old (in 2 days) and a 4 1/2 month old. I can remember when I thought a baby was hard work. Thank God they don't come out as toddlers. I am more worried about having two mobile babies at the same time.

I had 2 under ONE! DS is now almost 14 months old and DD is 9 weeks( they are 11 months apart)! It's fun and hard and amazing all at the same time!

Luckily (sorta) for me it right now they are on opposite schedules and USUALLY one is asleep while the other one is awake so I only have to "deal" with 1 baby at a time... but leaves mommy very tired most days!!

If you think that's bad, we have 4 kids 5 and under!!

I did have 2 under 2. I have a 2yr old (since April) and a 5 mo old. My 2 year old WEARS ME OUT. I've thought a lot lately that I'm glad I got pregnant with Kate when I did because she probably wouldn't be here. I mean I would have been a lot more careful with the bc once I saw how high strung she is. Haha!
