Allow me to be the first to formally welcome you with open arms. Glad you made it here. Look around. Smile at the newbie on your right. Smile at the newbie on your left. Now, you should know. Most of you will not make it here. Some of you will stick around and forever remain the voice of appeasement which you shall shroud in the guise of support. And then there are a few. A few who will rise above. A few who will not only survive, but thrive on this board. A few. A brave, few. If you find that you are one of the lucky. One of the "chosen" if you will...then great reward shall await you. For the rest of you, the arms that once so openly greeted you, shall combust into e-flames and swallow you whole.

LOL- that might be a way to tell if this is the place for them. If you can't get a giggle out of that, this is probably not the best place for you.
