What do you teach?

When do you get out?

Are you going back in the fall???

I'm a substitute teacher right now. So I get out whenever I feel like it:) I'm probably not going to try for a position in the fall, but I'll probably start subbing again in October or November.

I teach a K-5 enrichment/gifted & talented program.

Our last day is June 25th (yeah, we go really late here, but don't start back til September).

I will be going back EITHER at the end of November (12 weeks) or February 1st (depending on DH's job situation in the next couple of months, and if we can get health insurance for December/January after 12 weeks of FMLA are up). I was only going to take 6 weeks, but now we're moving, so when I go back, I'll be commuting 1.5 hours..and yeah..not doing that with a 6 week old!

Hi!

I teach in an all girls private school in CT.

Today was our last day eith children. Friday is my last day of work for summer.

I will return in Sept- due in Oct. I will be out until Jan.

I teach kindergarten (part time)

My last day is on Friday! ?YAY!! ?I think I will make it!!

I teach 1st grade and our last day of school was May 22. We had two days of post planning after Memorial Day.

I am due the second week of school so I *plan* to go back but will play it by ear. My main goal is to at least make it for a few days of pre-planning to get my room in some kind of order, meet some parents and students during open house and spend half a day with my sub.

I teach special ed (students with severe disabilities).

Our last day is June 26th.

I plan on going back after Thanksgiving break (baby will be 4.5 months old).

I'm a school counselor. ?Last day of school is Friday, then we have a "work week" next week, although I don't think counselors have as much to do as teachers do, so I won't have to be there as much. ?I'm not going back in the fall, but it's because I was filling in for a counselor who took the year off due to health issues and has decided to return. ?I'm actually quite relieved, I would have gone back, but I was really dreading sending LO to daycare at just 6 weeks old.

I am a special education teacher in a middle school and my gems are with me all day so I teach everything.

The kids are done on 6/10 and I am done on 6/12 at noon!

I am going back but I am not sure if it will be in September or October (I even have the option of November). It all depends on when LO gets here. The district is moving me to part-time learning support (co-teaching science and social studies) so a BIG part of me wants to be back in September since I will starting over my entire classroom program. Like a big dork I am already working on modifications for science for September and October!

I'm a teacher!

I teach 3rd grade and our last day of school was May 22. (I found out 4 days before that that I get to keep my job for next year...I was on the RIF list due to budget cuts.) Teachers return July 29th and school resumes August 3rd. I am hoping to attending the three orientation days and the first day of school...then I hope to take off the next three weeks before returning again. I really hate to miss the beginning of school though.

i'm not in the classroom anymore, but we get out 6/12, and i'll be going back to the office as literacy coordinator at the end of october...

I teach 1st grade! Our last day of school was Monday and I am planning to work our inservice week and go to orientation , then take off until Sept. 8th. (If it all works out with my short term disability insurance, that is). I am probably going to have a c-section (breech baby) so I think that will give me plenty of recovery time.

Are you going back in the fall?? I am planning on it as long as everything goes good. I will only be back for like a week with the children before my due date though
