Maternity Leave

Anyone able to breakdown ct maternity leave for small business?  I work for a company that has 10 full time employees and 50 on call employees. 

Not entirely sure what I'm entitled to and the info online is so overwhelming. 

 Would appreciate any info anyone can share.

    I'm not really sure about it, I know we get 16 wks FMLA with 50+ employees but I don't really know how the on call employees fit into the mix. Do you have anyone that does HR at work that you can ask? I'm sure that CT has a state run agency that can help answer your questions, I would check on the state website & see if you can get a number to speak with someone. Good luck.

    We don't have an HR department so I will have to wait until I tell my boss and keep my fingers crossed that I get a few months paid!
