Stupid alarm clock & DH

in 3rd Trimester

For some strange reason DH has started setting his alarm clock an hour earlier than he needs to. Well he never wakes up for it and I can't reach it without getting out of bed. I swear one of these days I am gonna turn it off and not wake him up and see how he likes being late because he overslept

    this happens in my house DAILY.  my husband is currently not sleeping in bed with me because he snores so badly but every morning I hear his alarm going off and its right next to his head! it could go off for 20 minutes and he wouldn't hear it.

    so, I go and say "turn off your alarm" and he falls back asleep and 40 minutes later I find myself waking him up again.  It's like having another kid!

    I asked him once how he ever got up before we lived together and he said his mom would almost literally have to drag him out of the bed.  I don't know how he made it through college.

    Okay, this is really pathetic, but our alarm clock goes off and DH hits the snooze button for a full two hours before he actually has to be up. I just sleep through it for the most part, but there are some mornings I want to smash it against the wall!

    Mine sets the alarm for at least an hour before he or I need to wake up.  So my last hour in bed is spent trying to relax in between 8 minute snooze periods.  It's so annoying, knowing that I could be getting an extra hour of sleep instead of listening to the alarm over an over again!  Every night I tell him to set the alarm for a realistic time, and he insists that it IS realistic, but never actually gets out of bed.  GRRRR.
