Lydia Josephine ... Josephine for my g'ma, who died in the early 90s. But I'm afraid of Lydia Jo being a nn, and Lydia, you know, rhymes with an STD. But other than that ...? Lol.
Evelyn Chloe and Lydia Josephine are my two tops for family member names. I also like Josephine Eve ...

I love Lydia. You could call her Liddy. I would have never made the STD connection- and my mom's name is Lydia so I would have heard it if that's what people though of.
Lydia Josephine is beautiful, and I don't think anyone will use the nn Lydia Jo unless you initiate it. I'd assume that most people won't refer to her by her middle name.
I wouldn't worry about the STD connection.
I like Lydia Josephine a thousand times more than Evelyn Chloe (somehow they don't work together IMO... pairing a classic name like Evelyn with a "cute" name like Chloe clashes in my mind).
ooo, i love all three! if i had to rank, though:
Josephine Eve
Evelyn Chloe
Lydia Josephine
I agree. I don't think that would end up being a big issue and I think the name is very pretty.
LOL about the Lydia and STD rhyme. That would never have crossed my mind in a million years, mainly due to the extra syllable that's missing in Lydia. I wouldn't worry about that one a minute longer...
I think Lydia Josephine is lovely. I'm not a big fan of Evelyn, but it seems to be popular on this board.
Me too. Beautiful classy choice! Gosh, I really love it!?
I would *hope* that no child would be teased for a name that sounded like an STD- that would seem to come more from Beavis and Butthead types in adolescence and I'd think your LO would be able to laugh that off by that time in her life.
I like the name Lydia- it was my great-grandmother's name. I'd just avoid a "C" name for the middle name to seperate yourself from that rhyme.
