Thanks! He actually started sitting at 4 months, but he would lean forward and kind of support himself with his hands. By 5 months he could sit up straight w/out assistance, but he'd face plant or fall back if something startled him... it was so sad! Finally, a bit after 5 months he got good enough at it that we could leave him unattended when he was sitting.
Now, crawling/tummy time... THAT is another story. Sigh.
I love your new siggy too... those kids are gorgeous, Skat. It's been way too long since I've gotten to see the kittens in person!
I did... this weekend is really packed, unfortunately- but I am going to try and switch some stuff around so that we can make it! If not, we should plan another GTG soon. Especially if you guys are really thinking of moving soon! I will be sad to see you go, but trust me, I understand- we are trying to sell our place now (and losing a crapload of $$ in the process, since we bought at the height of the market) and move to South Pasadena so our poor little guy can go to public school without having to choose a gang. I wish I were joking.

I can't believe he has been sitting so long. What a strong guy! Mine are nowhere near being able to sit by themselves.
It HAS been way too long. Did you by any chance see my email about the picnic this weekend? It would be great to see you all!
