I hate the witching hour

in Babies: 0 - 3 Months

Seriously.

From 6 or 7 pm until I can get him to fall asleep Ben is a holy terror.  He nurses like crap, and will not let us put him down for anything.  Sometimes a bath helps calm him, other nights not so much.  

When does it get better?

    I had him the 13th - he was a week overdue!

    Ditto.  I would try putting him to bed earlier before he gets so hysterical.

    I've tried, but he only sleeps for half an hour, then is up again and cranky.  Ugh this is so frustrating.  I know he is tired, but he fights sleep all the time.

    my LO fights it too. pedi says that she is feeding for comfort at these times..she said to try expressed BM in a bottle...then put to bed

    Do you have a carrier like a baby bjorn?  If so try putting him in there and walking him around...it puts my DS out everytime.
