What does diaper rash actually look like? My DS gets red sometimes if he has pooped a few times in one day, but never on the checks or anything? Does diaper rash just mean "red" or is it an actual sore? When I see any redness in the area I put cream in it right away.

IMO any redness is a rash.

Ditto this...and it's best to put something on it ASAP anyway to keep it from getting worse...

10/2010-Missed M/C at 12weeks. Baby was 8-9weeks
