Boys may be home in a few days!

Just got back from NICU and the nurse wants me to bring in their car seats next time I come in this afternoon. This is where they will put them in the seat for 3 hours to make sure they can handle the weight of the straps and able to sit up with no problems. She also gave me the paperwork for the circumcisions and their security picture has already been taken. 

They both took all of their feedings by breast/bottles in a 24 hour span with no problems and that is the last thing they look for before sending a preemie home. The Dr is suppose to look at them later on this afternoon, so hopefully we will get some good news when we return for their next feedings. 

It was really cute because Jordan was begging to one of the nurses to let his brothers come home.

    Yay! ?What a big step your babies have taken. ?So glad to hear they are eating well! ?I hope they keep doing well and you can take them home shortly!?

    i haven't been on much lately, so haven't read your whole story, but wanted to say congratulations. that was such a great day when we were told to bring in the car seats. i have to say though, that's a LONG car seat test. ours was 1 hour.
