Hi Nesties!
I'm hoping to take prenatal yoga classes somewhere on the mid- Peninsula. I live in Millbrae but work in Mountain View, so anywhere in between would be ideal. Any suggestions?
Similarly - any suggestions for prenatal yoga DVDs? I've been doing my regular yoga DVDs recently with some modifications, but am feeling like it's starting to be a bit much.
Thanks in advance!
Re: prenatal yoga classes on Peninsula?
I live in SSF and had a hard time finding an actual class nearby. Im doing prenatal yoga at home using "Prenatal yoga with Shiva Rose" I really like it so far.

I also have this one but havent used it yet

I took this class https://www.recconnect.net/Activities/ActivitiesDetails.asp?ProcessWait=N&aid=237
it was really fun and the instructor was amazing. She is a doula and has much info to share, I love Patty!! I also took her childbirth class which I highly recommend. Even my husband loved it.
I remember you from the knot, your Canadian right? I only remember because my husband is Canadian too : )
Thanks all! These are great recs!
Linnychanel -- Yes! I'm Canadian! That's right - I remember now that your husband is too (and presumably your little DC as well!).
good luck with your pregnancy let me know if you have any questions or want to gtg for coffee or something : )
As mentioned in PP, Blossom Birth in Palo Alto. I went a few times: once 2nd tri. I was pretty fit pre-preg, and felt the class was a little too low key for me 2nd tri, but was great when I went back in 3rd tri.
Also, Day One Center in Palo Alto has some. Never went since Blossom Birth is closer to me.
In downtown Mountain View, Yoga Is Youthful has one (https://www.yogaisyouth.com/schedule/index.htm). It's in the middle of the day (and I work), so I never got to it. I've been to a few regular yoga classes pre-preg, and they were great.
