DH just got laid off.

Fortunately, my step-dad is one of his bosses so he told hm to call their main office Monday b/c there's other companies that have work where they'll probably place him and 4 other people (of the 16 they laid off today). SD said they're hiring him back as soon as stuff opens up.

Let's hope there is an alternative company and that it's local and pays same or more than he's getting now!

WTF.
