I saw it yesterday with DH and my 4-year old niece. I also cried a few times. I don't think it's possible to make a movie about an old man without making it sad/bittersweet, but I was not expecting to cry!

I really want to see it! I heard it was really good. I
have some friends that saw it (who are totally non criers) and they
said they loooved it and cried like a small child.
oy, I guess I'll bring my kleenex when I watch it.

It is really good. My dad asked if his dog died and that was the reason I cried, which would make sense. Nope! He didn't have a dog.
I REALLY want to see it...DH and I are celebrating our 5 yr wedding anniversary on Friday but keeping it low key and will be doing "real" night out in August when I feel more like myself...
BUT - he said I could plan our date night for Friday and he'll go along with whatever I plan...so Up is officially on the calendar for date night!
Re: Anyone else see Up?
