Got wooden peices and wreath wire frame from craft store.
Covered wire wreath frame with wide satin ribbon.
Attached ribbon with zotts (adhesve dots) to wooden peices and a wire with a some bead embelishments to the bottom, covered wooden peices with scrapbook paper, attached ribbon to covered frame with zotts.
Tied ribbon around covered frame and attached to hanging circle on top.
Took a while to trace and cut out paper shapes, but not difficult at all.
