    My pedi or GI isnt concerned unless the amount is half of her bottle or more (when its a good size bottle anyway).

    The oncall drs told me that spit up comes out a little after eating, where vomit is more and can be projectile.  With DS's reflux though, i suppose he was vomiting with that definition.

    I have been told that it is spit up unless it is more than two mouthfulls and/or projectile.

    thanks I think what we have is spit-up, since we started burping her a lot she doesn't do it AS much but evry once and a while we will get a river
