do you nurse at every cry?

Right now, I do but was wondering if this is what everyone does?

    I always try it first.  But if I know she just ate I'll try to get her to burp cause my LO spits up a lot!

    i pretty much nurse at every cry although i'm starting to recognize her different crys for different things like poopy diaper or just wanting to be held.

    We'd look out for hunger signals and decided based on that.  He was very good at letting us know if he was crying because he was hungry.
    Childhood cancer (DH) + chemo + radiation = 0 sperm.
    LO #1 - 1 unmedicated/self-monitored IUI w/ donor sperm.
    LO #2 - 1 m/c, 2 BFNs, 4th IUI worked (unmedicated/self-monitored with new donor sperm).
    Life is beautiful!
