Anyone having knee pain?

My right knee is killing me....It feels fine when I'm lying down, and then hurts so much after I get up that it's hard to walk around and I limp pretty badly. Then after a little while, it starts to feel almost fine again. I've been mostly sleeping on my right side, with a pillow between my legs, so maybe that's contributing to it....Anyone else having knee pain? Have you found anything to provide relief?

    I come from a family tree with many knee problems.  Most days my knees are fine, but occaisionally one or the other will hurt, but nothing out of the ordinary (since sometimes they hurt pretty bad on their own when I'm NOT pg)

    My knees are killing me! I feel like a 90 year old. BUt I know it's from the extra weight. Whenever I gain too much, I always know because my knees will start hurting. My frame just can't handle anything extra. I blame my years of gymnastics. I find that hot water and rubbing them helps. They also hurt more when i have them bent in any manner, being straight legged all the time sucks.

    I have been having knee pain and swelling since 1st tri. I found that heat works better than anything. If I am having a bad day with it I put a heat pack on it for awhile while I ly down with my legs straight.  I feel for you. Good luck.
