I used to drink it whenever I felt a bit low on my supply and thought it did help. How much - I don't know. It can't hurt, it's relaxing, and it's providing you with hydration so I figure you can't go wrong with it.
I've never tried the tea, but I am positive the capsules help tremendously. I take the religiously..I also take domperidone. Between the two, my supply has gone from pumping 2-4 oz each time (after or between nursing) to pumping 5-7 oz.
My supply tanked two days ago and I remember my LC suggesting I look into More Milk Plus if that ever happened. I ran out to get some on Friday and can honestly say that within 24 hours, my suppy increased.
It tastes disgusting, I got the liquid form which they say works faster than the tablets... I was literally on my last few ounces of breastmilk and was almost forced to go to all formula. Now I'm pumping like a champ again. GL!
