I gave her Motrin at like, 10 last night, then Tylenol at 3am and again at 6am. Well, her temp is at 103.3. I just gave her more Motrin. If it doesn't go down any with this, should I call pedi?
(yeah, i know, internet drs, yadda, yadda. just curious.)

Re: DD's fever went up :(
Jeni--I would call the on call at this point:o( I was really hoping it would go away!!
Is Alaina acting fine? That's actually a more important indicator of wellness than fever. Parker had roseola, and acted fine even though he had a high fever like that for 3 days. The 4th day he broke out in a rash and the fever was gone immediately... Maybe that's what is going on? It is very common.
She's not been eating much for about 3 days, whiny. 2 nights ago she woke up at 1 am and didn't go back to sleep until 5, and that was on me. Last night DH slept on the couch and I had her in bed with me and she didn't sleep well either. I thought it was just teeth at first, but I don't know now.
DH is going to give her a bath, and we'll check her again in an hour and see I guess. I forgot to give her more motrin overnight, so hopefully it will help now. Will call then.
While 103.3 is a higher fever, it isn't terrible. I would call the pedi and let them know what is going on. Has she been pulling at her ears at all? Take a flashlight and look at the back of her throat. Is it red or swollen looking? White streaks or enlarged tonsils? Higher fevers usually indicate an infection of some kind. (I've been going through this kind of thing for awhile with DD, and we finally ended up with tubes in and adenoids out last month. She had fevers upwards of 105+ at times. Very scary.)
Give motrin and tyelnol, alternating every two hours. It will help to break the fever.
Good luck!
