Ok My hair is down to my waist and starting to go gray
I have also gained some weight the last few years.
I think maybe my long hair is making me look old.
I am thinking of something closer to the middle of my back or shorter.
it really depends on your face shape. Typically long hair really brings down a face , especially if you don't have any layers.
