Success after IF

Super duper excessive thirst, should I be worried?

I have been drinking over 150 ounces of water for the past 4-5 days.  yes, it is warmer out but I haven't really been out much or doing more.  Pre-pregnancy I rarely even got 64 ounces in.

I passed my 1 hour GD with a score of 90 something so I think that is pretty good.  Is it possible I could have *contracted* GD later on?  Should I ask for another test?  Or could it be something else or is it normal?  Play doctor for me ; )

I have an appt on Thursday so I will check in then, but I can't get over how thirsty I am.

  • I don't know about getting GD later, but I was very thirsty towards the end, and the first week or so PP. ?Nursing still makes me sooo thirsty. ?So I am guessing it is normal.

  • I talked to my OB recently about this too.  I also passed the GD test with flying colors and she said it's very normal and to not be concerned, just keep drinking lots and lots of water!  I guess it gets even worse when BFing...Indifferent  GL!

  • Towards the end I was always thirsty; I felt like I couldnt get enough water.  Then again I hated getting up every 3 secs to pee so I tried to limit it.
