Stripping. Does it have to be blue Dawn?

It's a great day to strip ;) My ILs are going to be gone for the day and I'm going to do some diaper laundry, treat them all for yeast and I thought I'd go ahead and strip. But they don't have blue Dawn. They do have some other blue dish detergent though... Thoughts?

    Blue dawn is recommended because it doesn't contain enzymes (which can really, REALLY irritate the bum).  I don't know that I'd trust the other detergent.

    Ok, we'll scratch that then. I can have DH pick some up on his way home in a few hours. I think the stuff they have is Oxy of some variety. Thanks!

    You can use bleach to strip too.  That'll kill yeast as well

    I had no idea about the enzymes. ?I've used palmolive with no problems (I couldn't find dawn). ?I have also used bleach too, but dish soap works better. ?Or maybe I don't put enough bleach, who knows. ?
