help! did my water break?

it sounds idiotic, i know.
i had a bit of a "gush" followed by 1/2-3/4 cup of clear liquid.
(underwear were soaked)
it was thin....but not quite as thin as water. no odor.
but now...nothing more is coming out.
i'm so confused.

Your baby is right on time!!!! go to the hospital!! they'll test you there but I'm pretty sure that's a water breaking....

Sounds like it to me too. I'd go to L&D. Doc told me not to call or anything if my water breaks just go to the hospital.

You know if you call the hospital they will want you to go in and get checked anyway, so you might as well be en route. Good luck!

YES!!!!!! That is how it was for me, I had a big gush into the toilet, followed by nothing and then a few more gushes, the gushes come and go
