i'm hoping to make one fore DS's upcoming birthday. ?i am trying to decide on fabrics (i am the most indecisive person i know). ?I was just wondering how much fabric i need. ?would a fat quarter work for one (or more) pennant?
Depending on how big you make them, I would think you could get a couple of pennants (one sided) out of a fat quarter. If I can get around to it I am thinking of making one that is double sided. Not sure if I will have time though.

cool. ?i am trying to decide on fabric. ?in order to cut down on my decisions, i thought i might buy a fat quarter set off of etsy (like amy butler or heather ross)
i found a seller who will do the letters, so that makes it a little less stress for me. ?
I made one, no letters only bunting style. ?I'll post a pic below. ?I did six?lengths?@ 3 ft. each (a lot, I know). ?I bought a yard each of my two main fabrics, and 1/3 yard of three others. ?That gave me plenty of triangles plus a few remnants left over. ?I used a couple Moda fabrics in mine, one that looked like sprinkles and another that had bubbles.
