It's a thing that works with Netflix and Amazon on demand. Anything you can stream instantly through Netflix you can stream to your TV with the Roku. You can also rent & buy (and watch some free) stuff on the Roku w/ Amaxon on demand. We have a TiVo AND Roku. We're technology dorks.

It is! I'm pretty addicted. I got it for Christmas and I've gotten wads of use out of it. You can even DL work-out videos! So it's not all sloth and laziness.
