I am the worst wife.

It's hubby's bday today, and I've got a major deadline on Monday, so I've done nothing.   I want to make him a nice dinner - but I pretty much can only make Chili.   Any ideas?

    One of SO's favorite romantic (easy!) dinners at home is homemade pizza. It's easy with Trader Joes - grab a bag of dough ($1.30!), alfredo sauce, chicken, cheeses, pre-cooked chicken, mushrooms, onions, garlic, artichokes, and bake. Add a caesar salad. I've defaulted back to this so many times with great success.

    If you can't really get anywhere, or gets too late, maybe you two can order a pizza and get a movie on PPV and spend a sweet little night together?

    Run out to get a pizza, his favorite beer, and a movie he would like to watch.  Cuddle up with him on the couch and just spend the evening together.  I am sure he would love that.
