I'm reaching the point of growing out of my maternity clothes

and I don't like it.  I've gained more weight that I should have gained given Megan's size etc. and fully realize I have been using food for comfort.

Losing this weight is going to suck so bad but at least when I'm not pg anymore I can exercise again.  Not being able to drink, exercise, or anything other than eat, sleep, and work has really taken a toll :(

  • Exactly.  I only have a few weeks left because I will deliver around 36 weeks hopefully if all goes well so I'm trying to make it.

  • I remember feeling really bad too when I started growing out of my maternity clothes.  Trying to look decent for work was the worst!  I think I had about 4 shirts and 2 pairs of pants I was cycling between.  Fun times! :)

  • My thighs are bigger so that is making things even more fun.  I'm quite a bit skeered of how my post baby body is going to look :(
  • I know, I've packed on the pounds during the 2nd tri just like last time.  And I've got the long hot summer to go, I'm not looking forward to it.  It does seem like you are wearing just a handful of things at the end, you what's most comfy.  You'll find a way to lose the weight....I won't lie your body may not ever be quite the same.  But don't stress about it now :)

  • I'm right there with you. Even the t-shirts that seemed super roomy at one time make me look like a tent. I refuse to spend more $$ on clothes I won't get very much wear out of. And not being able to drink has DEF. put a toll on me ;)
