Hey Everyone,
Found out last Thursday (4 days before suspected period) that we were expecting. I took a early pregnancy test because my belly wouldn't stop aching. My lower stomach kept pulling/twisting/cramping enough to be a bother, but not real pain. It hasn't stopped since. Every once in a while there is a twinge that suprises me a bit, but just still discomfort. While it is a little unnerving, I am hoping it is just all normal since there is no spotting or real sharp pains.
anybody else feel like they are constantly about to get their period or having insides twisted about? It's a little weird and scary....
Re: anyone else with non-stop stomach twinges?
Raises hand!
I've been told this is normal. I mentioned it to my doctor last week and they said it's only bad if it's very painful and accompanied by spotting.
I am experiencing stomach twitches and lower back issues. I also keep thinking I am going to get my period, but it has been 75 days. I have had many BFN tests. I keep on thinking maybe the pregnanancy tests are not working, but who knows.
Congrats!!!
I have the very same thing... almost like very very mild P MS cramps. I asked both my doctor and my sister about this and they said it's 100% normal. I've been having them for about a week now and they are getting less frequent. Read this article about Round Ligament Pain:

It made me feel much more optimistic about what I am feeling.

I definitely have those twinges you are talking about!
I was told that its your uterus and all those muscles starting to stretch and loosen up.
I dont feel any pain at all, just discomfort as if I'm getting my period. I feel it more at night for some reason.
Maybe because I'm not on my feet and am actually trying to relax!
Thanks guys! This board is awesome
I'm guess normal and these are all good signs! I can't see a doctor for two more weeks for my first visit, but I feel way less stressed now after hearing everyone experiences. cheers!
