Anyone not having symptoms???

I just got my BFP about a week ago, so I'm about 4 1/2 weeks now, yay!  BUT I'm almost nervous, because I really am not having any symptoms at all, except some occasional mild cramping.  I am just a little more tired than usual, I'm not peeing anymore frequently, I keep feeling my boobs, just waiting for them to ache, but nothing!  I know alot of you are probably saying "you lucky sh**, but I think I just need a little reassurance to know that it IS ok to really not have any symptoms!!

Re: Anyone not having symptoms???

  • I have not been having any symptoms either and just consider myself lucky- just some mild cramping like you described but even that has went away- my boobs/nipples seem bigger but did not hurt like everyone explains- I have no food adversions and no nausea- my gag reflex is worse in the morning when I brush my teeth but that is all- Try not to worry cause we are lucky to not feel icky!!

  • i got by BFP at 4 weeks, i started getting symptoms around 5-6. dont worry, im sure you will start getting some! besides, enjoy it while it lasts. it really is ok to not have symptoms for a while, too!
  • no symptoms for me in 1st tri.  Dont worry
  • Im 6 weeks pregnant and my symptoms come and go so it's totally normal not to feel anything. :)
  • Nope, I've been rolling in them.  But it's normal not to have a lot of symptoms very early on.  A lot of women really start to experience symptoms between 5 and 8 weeks, and a good number of women never experience really heavy symptoms and go on to have perfectly healthy pregnancies.  Just relax and try not to worry too much right now.

  • The only symptoms I have are that I'm more emotional (crying at random times), breaking out all over like a teenager, mild cramping occasionally and a bit more tired. But my first pregnancy was like this too so I guess that reassures me more...and hopefully helps to reassure you too :-)
  • I'm 7 weeks and really haven't had any symptoms.?
  • I'm 6 weeks and I haven't had many symptoms.  My breasts felt tender a couple days ago (only last a few min), and I feel bloated most of the time. Other than that, I don't "feel pregnant" at all.  It's totally normal.
  • I have never had M/S or any other typical symptoms.  The only thing I noticed was mild sore boobs and that was only week 6&7.  You and your baby are just fine.

  • Ive had nonexistent /few and mild symptoms my entire pregnancy so far and according to my dr everything is developing perfectly. Try not to worry about it and embrace these lucky days.....I know its easier said than done. I was anxious and nervous for weeks until my dr confirmed that everything was ok.

  • The only symptom I had during my first pregnancy was tiredness.  I went on to deliver a normal healthy baby.  Everyone is different.  Just be happy that you are one of the lucky ones.  Smile

  • Give it time, honey. You're 4.5 weeks--many women don't start experiencing symptoms until around 6 weeks.

Like you, I was only a little tired for the first week or so after BFP. Then 6 weeks hit, and BAM!

  • I have been nauseous at times.  gagged a few times and constantly bloated!  Other than I feel fine.  I am sure it will hit but I am surprised becasue w/ my first daughter I was puking by week 5 and drop dead exhausted.  Oh well.

Thank you all for the reassurance!  I know I sound crazy to be worried so early on, but that is just my type A personality kicking in Wink
