Yo-Yo Blood Pressure

I am in the bed resting for day 2 now, my blood pressure keeps going up and down, making me feel terrible. I have a headache that won't go away and my BP will be 145-95 then drop to 100/50, this is not fun.... If I stay in the bed on my left side, I feel fine, but if I get up even to go to the bathroom I get dizzzzy. I am going back to work Monday and my Dr. will see me again in 2 weeks, but I have a feeling bed rest is in my near future...

 

Has anyone else had these kind of issues?
