AF - OUCH!

i've gotten my first period after the m/c (39 days) and i'm having horrible cramps!  after my first m/c the period cramps weren't that bad..... but this second time is a killer! how long do they last?? all week, or just a couple of days?

    AF after my last m/c was an absolute nightmare with mood swings and cramps galore. ?It was a big change from my usual periods, but the bleeding lasted about the same time, about 6 days.

    I figure it's just the body's way of resetting things. ?

    A glass of wine & a heating pad might help with the cramps. ?A back and/or foot rub from hubby would be good too!
