How long are you going to be down? The beach is always a lot of fun but you'll want to make sure to get there early before the sun gets too hot midday and it usually rains here in the afternoon during the summer. The Museum of Discovery and Science is a really great hands on museum. check it out here https://www.mods.org/home.htm
