3rd Trimester
Dr. Appt Today- PROGRESS!!!
Tuesday: had bh from about 2:30 in the afternoon until I went to sleep in the evening, some of which stopped me in my tracks. I was sure that sometime in the middle of the night I was going to have to go to l&d so needless to say I was shocked when I woke up to my alarm clock Wednesday morning...lol
Today: no consistent bh since then, but I brought it up at my appt. and dr. did the internal and said that the bh explained a lot: I am thinning out (she didn't say the %) and am 1.5 cm. She did the strep B tesing, said the heartrate was good and went over info on when to call about contractions and such. She said that while she would like lo to stay until I'm 37 weeks, if it happens sooner, they will not stop it and she doesn't forsee any problems...I want to make it to at least Monday b/c my raise at works takes effect on the 1st of June so my std will be on the new rate...lol. Everyone else wants me to at least make it till next w/e b/c my shower is next Saturday, but I'm not worried...I told my mom when she planned it for that day she was pushing it...lol

I'm about the same term as you and also have my shower next Sat. I've been worried that I wouldn't make it to my own shower.....but haven't had any signs of labor yet.
