Carter's Question

Has anyone been asked to call Carter's about your return after you send an initial e-mail? ?What information do they ask for? ?I have a lot of things to return and don't know how much info they'll need. ?Thanks.

    They pretty much want to know how many pieces you have, if you personally had a problem, why you want to return then.  Simple stuff.

    i have heard they are asking for social security numbers now - apparently b/c some people are getting so much money back- they are now reporting it or something.

    I just did it last week - I already got the envelope in the mail to send the items back in.  But, they didn't ask for my SSN - maybe because I only have 25 items?  I was worried about calling, too, but it was no big deal!

    i'm glad you posted this. they told me to call as well and i got too nervous. my kids have had no issues... what i said in the email was that my girls were premature and we take no chances with anything regarding their health. i guess i can just say that on the phone. i'll have to dig through my stuff first and see how many i have.
