Ok contractions question

in 3rd Trimester
So I've been having them for 2 days straight, but they've been bareable. Right now I'm sitting at my desk and they are DEFINITELY more intense and I almost feel like I'm going to throw up.... They are coming pretty quick and I'll start timing. Thank goodness lunch is in 30 min!
