I did, right around 36 weeks it started. Couldn't link it to anything. I would lie down on my left side, and I swore it would actually get worse. I even woke up in the middle of the night feeling as though I was spinning.
Doc did a full work up and everything was normal. About 10 days after it started, baby made a position change. It was very uncomfortable at the time, however, no dizziness since then.
There are large nerves that run through the abdomen and pelvis, and if pressure is exerted just right, it can cause this constant sensation, whether lying, sitting, or standing.
Good luck...hope it passes for you. Just be careful & stay hydrated too.
I have been very dizzy over the last week or two, but mine is from the rainy weather that's been reeking havoc on my sinuses. The other day I was in Lowe's and the store was hot and humid and I got really lightheaded and dizzy.
