Girls w/ long hair - don't forget to pack this

Hair bands or comfortable scrunchies to keep your hair back. Especially if you plan on nursing. There is nothing more annoying than getting your hair all in your baby's face when you're holding or nursing him. In fact, you'll probably wear your hair in a pony-tail for the 1st year of your child's life.

Just a reminder to pack them in your hospital bag.

I don't have long hair, but I will be bringing a headband. I don't think I will care how my hair looks when I am pushing, but I know I will want it off my face.

I'm sweet 90% of the time. It's only the other 10% that gets me in trouble and gets me noticed.

  • June 30th, but my doc is going to induce me a week early. I'm hoping for a 6/22 date because that's my FIL's birthday and that would be cute.
  • I have this obsession with those big claw clips for my hair because I hate the bump that occurs when I use a rubberband or scrunchie. Thanks for the reminder.

I doubt you'll care about the bump from a rubberband when you feel like a hot sweaty mess anyway, but can you lay your head back with one of those in your hair? If so more power to ya, just wanted to remind you that it might be that comfortable.
