  • OMGsh! HI!!!!! It's so great to hear from you! and look at your LO. She is adorable!!!

I'm feeling great but extremely anxious. The day cannot come soon enough. I have washed most of her clothes and blankets. I look and touch them everyday - I've gone nuts! 100% egyptian or cotton organic is def the way too go - it's sooo soft. I cannot wait to dress her up!!!  I'm going to want to try on all her cute little outfits the day she comes home. We are all set to go. Crib is up, changing table is ready. Lots of toys and books. I got the cutest diaper bag (although I would much prefer your coach bag!). We ordered the stroller and should be here any day now. The only thing we do not have ready is the car seat (of course, the one thing we need the most)- uggh its been a pain to find the 'right' one. This Friday I will go to BRU to exchange for the second time - there is no turning back whatever I get will have to be it.

Great to hear you are feeling 'normal' again. I can't wait for that feeling. I'm so happy for you and your DH! Is he just totally over the moon?!

    Don't be stranger!

Me at 37 weeks - I'm huge! She is 6 lbs already!

  • Yay!!  I'm so glad to hear that everything is going well for you!  You lookawesome, btw.  All belly!

What's the car seat dilemma?  We have the Graco Snugride "Platinum" and I absolutely loooove it.  So convenient, lightweight, just clicks right into place and then into the snap n go stroller.

DH and I are soooo happy.  The first 2 weeks were quite an adjustment, but the best advice I can give you, is to go out with your baby right away.  Put her in her stroller, go out to eat, go for a walk oustide, etc.  It makes you feel really normal to not be cooped up in the house.  Plus they pretty much just sleep for the first few weeks, so you can trot them to a restaurant or whatever.  Get them used to being out and being held by lots of different people.

    PM me!!  : )
